Remote Support

The Virtech remote model provides customers with comprehensive end to end support including monitoring resource consumption and providing alerting and reporting for all elements of the surveillance solution.

Our remote support includes the virtualisation platform used to host the VMS servers and monitoring of the VMS application layer, encoders, cameras and analytics.

Virtech's pro-active monitoring alerts us to any issues with the IPVS solution before the customer is aware. Our consultants respond in a timely and diligent manner and all issues are automatically logged with our support desk and assigned.
